Getting a job after you have been convicted of any crime is hard in this day and age.

You may have made your mistakes done your time and now would just like to start over and get on with your life.

Where do you start?

There are so many places you can start but the first thing I suggest you start with is your attitude.

Ensuring you have the right attitude and mindset is really important to ensure you start living a happier life with out ever resorting to crime again.

Believe me there will be hard days and you may think it is too hard but don’t give up.   Giving up will be the worst thing you can do as you will put yourself back on a downward spiral.

Changing your mindset is going to be hard and will take alot of effort on your part.

Make yourself a promise to follow your new journey of life and stick to it.

There’s a chinese proverb that goes like this

“A Journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step”

Lets take a step backwards in your life and return to your childhood.

When you were a child what kind of life did you dream of that you wanted to be when you grew up?

Nows your chance to start dreaming again.  What do you want your perfect life to be like?  If you don’t know then start dreaming.

Stress is a big thing in criminals lives that can be a cause for returning back to crime life.

So what you need to do is put the stress in a different direction.  Wouldn’t it be fantastic to be able to follow simple steps that will reduce stress and produce more success?  Well you can and you are worth it and deserve it.

Every day we are going to change your stress levels by doing some daily techniques.  These techniques will help you change your negative thinking into positive thinking.

Now its the negative thinking that has helped in yur criminal convictions.  So we need to address this behaviour and start you off on a different track.  Believe me its not going to be an easy track to take but if you are willing to put in the hard work then it will pay off in the end.

Negative thinking is usually done over years of programming.  It usually starts off when you are a child with your parents “Your not good enough” “You will never achieve that” “Don’t be stupid your not bright enough to do that” “You are too fat”.  

These statements were damaging to your self-esteem and they have become beliefs in your mind.  Lack of confidence & a bad attitude are all common side effects of damaged beliefs.

These beliefs are not true and we need to change these.  Have you ever wondered why you have become emotionally involved with negativity.  Maybe you always expect bad things to happen and then they do.  You are living a life filled with negativity let downs and unhappiness.

Ok so we have established you may be on this slippery slope down hill and you want to change your lifestyle to a better one.  Don’t worry its not your fault and you can fix it.

Life is all about choices sometimes we make the wrong ones but we can change the future if we just start believing in ourselves.
