Beginner Blog Marketing

by Ange Rewi, under Blogging, General Talk, Internet Marketing, Lessons, Self Development

Blogs which are also known as web logs are the new thing on the internet. They are pretty much a platform that you can use that will allow you to post your thoughts on most any subject that you want to. They can be used for journaling, promoting, writing, and publishing, anything that your heart desires. However, if you are a beginner and new blogging as well as marketing, there are some very important things that you will want to know.

Blog marketing is pretty easy if you have a marketing mind. You are going to find that many people use blogs as a diary, and many times these blogs that are used for this purpose are not intended to make them money, but simply a way to put there thoughts out there and find others that are going through the same thing. If you have never even had a blog before, the simplest thing that you can do is to start one, and just journal in it for a while. This will allow you to learn just what it takes and what it is all about to keep up a blog. When you are just journaling your thoughts and what is on your mind, you have nothing to lose and nothing to gain. You don’t even have to make your blog public if you don’t want others to read what you have to say. That is a personal preference. However, doing this will let you see how it works. Then you can move on to trying to market a product or a service.

Using a blog to market something is cheaper than using a website. This is because there are so many free ones out there that you can use to get the word out, and they are really just as good as having a website that you pay for. There are of course some advantages to having your own URL, but for a beginner, a free one will work until you get the hang of it and want to move it all over onto your own server. The free blogs are just not that customizable. If you are not familiar with HTML, you are going to find that your blog will look like everyone else’s. But, that is ok in the beginning. You can always make changes later on once you are becoming successful.

When you have your own blog, you are in charge of the content that is posted on it. You can decide what is said, and what is not. You are after all writing it all, right? So, the sky is the limit. Whether you want a blog that does website reviews and takes nominations, or you want to sell things that you make out of your home, the choice is yours. Using a blog to get the word out about whatever you want too is a great way to market and promote something.

Blog marketing can get complicated if you let it. It is really only as hard as you make it. While there are some bloggers out there that are making a six figure income with the use of blog marketing, we all know that it can be done. We just want to know how. Well, for any beginner, start small, and be consistent. The six figure bloggers all did. They started with one, built it up, and then added another blog, built it up. Then, keeping up both blogs and not letting them fall behind, they continued to add more and more. Of course they had help, and they outsourced a lot of their work. If you are looking to make a massive income with blogging, you will need some help.

Blog marketing is a great thing to learn. If you can sell things from a blog, you can sell them anywhere. Making money by using a blog is one of the most satisfying things that you will ever learn how to do. Just do not expect to make money over night, know that you have to work at it consistently everyday, and remember to put into it what you want to get out of it.

If You Believe In Yourself Anything Is Possible!!

by Ange Rewi, under Blogging, General Talk, Internet Marketing, Lessons, Self Development

I know this might seem as a cliche to you but have you ever truly taken the time to really evaluate yourself?

For me all my life my father drummed in to me that I would never be good for anthing and I would always be a failure. So I grew up believing this this and everything I did throughout my life was with the belief I would fail.

So funny thing I always did no matter what I tried I always screwed up some how. I went through life thinking that life sucked and I was never happy.

I always wanted to be something and do something constructive with my life. I just never knew how I could do it because I believed I would fail anyway.

About 4 years ago I got another blow to my life my husband and I owned a successful offline business and for once I thought things were going great however I was wrong. I started suffering from major migraines only to be diagnosed with a brain swell. I was told this was caused from stresss and if I didn’t give up working and stressing i could end up in a wooden box within a couple of years.

Well as you can imagine this blew me away and how was I suppose to give up stressing when I had to give up working which would mean a major drop in income for the family. Huh this seemed like a big joke but I was determined that I wasn’t going to end up in the grave.

So I started readding alot of books and one of those books was of coourse Napoleon Hill’s “Think & Grow Rich” This started inspiring me and of course I went on to read more of his books but the one thing that kep me so intrigued was how I could change my own life if I just changed what I believed in.

At first I was really skeptical but I thought what do I have to loose? So I gave it a try and started telling myself I was goood enough and I could do anything I put my mind to and of course I stopped stressing over money and started saying I was living a life of abundance.

Now nothing happened overnight and I haven’t become some big millionaire yet but things have changed in my life for the better.

Things I have dreamed for my whole life are starting to happen and things are really starting to full in to place.

Now believe me it doesn’t happen just like that and it does take persistance and alot of positive thinking. So if there i something in your life you really want to achieve put your mind to it believe in yourself as anything is possible.

You can do it and you do derserve it and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Just remember it takes persistance.

Good luck for the future and have faith in yourself.

What It Takes To Be Successful

by Ange Rewi, under Blogging, General Talk, Internet Marketing, Lessons, Self Development

Welcome and thank you for taking the ultimate journey of your life.

First thing to remember about Network Marketing is it is perfect for everyone but not everyone is perfect for network marketing.

You can truely have a successful online businesss without any fancy degree or education.  With an online business you can have unlimited earning potential and there are fantastic opportunities to help others build their online business.

First we need to determine whether you have the certain personality it takes to build a successful online business.

Why do you want to start an online business?  If it is just becausse you need a second income or you have just lost your job, whatever the reason it doesn’t matter.  What we are trying to achieve here is to determine whether you have what it takes for network marketing.

If you need a weekly pay check and need someone to motivate you as you are unable to motivate yourself and you are unable to take risks then network marketing is not for you.

Network marketing seems to fit strong personalities.  You need to be self-motivated able to work without any supervision and have good follow up.  You need a certain type of mindset.

Network marketing is a business where you need to take action and lots of it.  It is a business of duplication.

If you want to make it in this business you must believe in it strongly and not need the validation of others.

So I hope you have taken valuable information from todays lesson.

Why Impossible Doesn’t Work

by Ange Rewi, under Blogging, General Talk, Internet Marketing, Lessons, Self Development

Everyone at some point of his or her life has dreamed of being somebody special, some big.  Who hasn’t fantasised about being the one who hits the game winning homer?  Who hasn’t dreamed of being the home coming queen?  And how many times have we dreamed of being rich, or successful or happy with our relationships?

Often we dream big dreams and have great aspirations.  Unfortunately our dreams remain just that – dreams.  And our aspirations easily collect dust in our attic of a mind.

This is a sad turn of events in our life instead of experiencing exciting adventures in self actualization, we get caught up in the mundane of living from day to day just barely existing.

But you know what?  Life could be so much better if only we aimed higher.

The most common problem to setting goals is the word impossible.  Most people get hung up thinking I can’t do this, it’s too hard, it’s impossible, no one can do this.

However, if everyone thought that, there would be no inventions, no innovations, and no breakthrough’s in human accomplishments.

On the other hand some people suffer from dreaming totally outrageous dreams and not acting on them.  The result – broken dreams and tattered aspirations.

If you limit yourself with self-doubt and self limiting assumptions , you will never be able to break past what you deem impossible.  If you reach too far out into the sky without working towards your goal, you will find yourself clinging on to the impossible dream.

Try this exercise.  Take a piece of paper and write down some goals in your life that you would like to achieve.  Under one header list down things you know you can do.  Under another header, write the things you might be able to do.  And under one more header, list the things that are impossible for you to do.

Now look at all the headers strive every day to accomplish the goals that are under things you can do.  Check them off when you able to accomplish them.  As you slowly are able to check off all of your goals under that heading try accomplishing the goals under the other header, the one that reads you might be able to do.

As of the items you wrote under things I could do are accomplished, you can move the goals that are under things that are impossible for you to do to the list of things you might be able to do.

As you work through this process you will find out that the goals you thought were impossible become easier to accomplish.  And the impossible begin to seem possible after all.

You see the technique here is not to limit your imagination.  It is to aim high and start working towards that goal little by little.  However, it also is unwise to set a goal that is truly unrealistic.

Thos who just dream towards a goal without working hard end up disappointed and disillusioned.

Thomas Edison once said that genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration.  Nothing could be truer.  For one to accomplish his or her dreams, there has to be hard work and discipline.  But take not that 1% has to be think big dream and not some easily accomplished one.

So dream on friend!!! Don’t get caught up with your perceived limitations.  Think big and work hard to attain those dreams.  As you step up the ladder of progress you will find out that the impossible has become a little but more possible.

Remember Impossible is just a word.

Top 3 Ways To Boost Your Affiliate Commissions Overnight

by Ange Rewi, under Blogging, General Talk, Internet Marketing, Lessons

The ideal world of affiliate marketing does not require having your one website, dealing with customers, refunds, product development and maintenance. This is one of the easiest ways of launching into an online business and earning more profits.

Assuming you are already into an affiliate program, what would be the next thing you would want to do? Double, or even triple, your commissions, right? How do you do that?

Here are some powerful tips on how to boost your affiliate program commissions overnight.

1. Know the best program and products to promote. Obviously, you would want to promote a program that will enable you to achieve the greatest profits in the shortest possible time.

There are several factors to consider in selecting such a program. Choose the ones that have a generous commission structure. Have products that fit in with your target audience. And that has a solid track record of paying their affiliate easily and on time. If you cannot seem to increase your investments, dump that program and keep looking for better ones.

There are thousands of affiliate programs online which gives you the reason to be picky. You may want to select the best to avoid losing your advertising dollars.

Write free reports or short ebooks to distribute from your site. There is a great possibility that you are competing with other affiliates that are promoting the same program. If you start writing short report related to the product you are promoting, you will be able to distinguish yourself from the other affiliates.

In the reports, provide some valuable information for free. If possible, add some recommendations about the products. With ebooks, you get credibility. Customers will see that in you and they will be enticed to try out what you are offering.

2. Collect and save the email addresses of those who download your free ebooks. It is a known fact that people do not make a purchase on the first solicitation. You may want to send out your message more than six times to make a sale.

This is the simple reason why you should collect the contact information of those who downloaded your reports and ebooks. You can make follow-ups on these contacts to remind them to make a purchase from you.

Get the contact information of a prospect before sending them to the vendor’s website. Keep in mind that you are providing free advertisement for the product owners. You get paid only when you make a sale. If you send prospects directly to the vendors, chances are they would be lost to you forever.

But when you get their names, you can always send other marketing messages to them to be able to earn an ongoing commission instead of a one-time sale only.

Publish an online newsletter or Ezine. It is always best to recommend a product to someone you know than to sell to a stranger. This is the purpose behind publishing your own newsletter. This also allows you to develop a relationship based on trust with your subscribers.

This strategy is a delicate balance between providing useful information with a sales pitch. If you continue to write informative editorials you will be able to build a sense of reciprocity in your readers that may lead them to support you by buying your products.

3. Ask for higher than normal commission from merchants. If you are already successful with a particular promotion, you should try and approach the merchant and negotiate a percentage commission for your sales.

If the merchant is smart, he or she will likely grant your request rather than lose a valuable asset in you. Keep in mind that you are a zero-risk investment to your merchant; so do not be shy about requesting for addition in your commissions. Just try to be reasonable about it.

Write strong pay Per Click ads. PPC search engine is the most effective means of advertising online. As an affiliate, you can make a small income just by managing PPC campaigns such as Google AdWords and Overture. Then you should try and monitor them to see which ads are more effective and which ones to dispose of.

Try out these strategies and see the difference it can make to your commission checks in the shortest of time.

3 Things All Affiliate Marketers Need To Survive Online

Every affiliate marketer is always looking for the successful market that gives the biggest paycheck. Sometimes they think it is a magic formula that is readily available for them. Actually, it is more complicated than that. It is just good marketing practices that have been proven over years of hard work and dedication.
There are tactics that have worked before with online marketing and is continuing to work in the online affiliate marketing world of today. With these top three marketing tips, you will be able to able to increase your sales and survive in the affiliate marketing online.

What are these three tactics?

1. Using unique web pages to promote each separate product you are marketing. Do not lump all of it together just to save some money on web hosting. It is best to have a site focusing on each and every product and nothing more.

Always include product reviews on the website so visitors will have an initial understanding on what the product can do to those who buys them. Also include testimonials from users who have already tried the product. Be sure that these customers are more than willing to allow you to use their names and photos on the site of the specific product you are marketing.

You can also write articles highlighting the uses of the product and include them on the website as an additional page. Make the pages attractive compelling and include calls to act on the information. Each headline should attract the readers to try and read more, even contact you. Highlight your special points. This will help your readers to learn what the page is about and will want to find out more.

2. Offer free reports to your readers. If possible position them at the very top side of your page so it they simply cannot be missed. Try to create autoresponder messages that will be mailed to those who input their personal information into your sign up box. According to research, a sale is closed usually on the seventh contact with a prospect.

Only two things can possibly happen with the web page alone: closed sale or the prospect leaving the page and never return again. By placing useful information into their inboxes at certain specified period, you will remind them of the product they thought they want later and will find out that the sale is closed. Be sure that the content is directed toward specific reasons to buy the product. Do not make it sound like a sales pitch.

Focus on important points like how your product can make life and things easier and more enjoyable. Include compelling subject lines in the email. As much as possible, avoid using the word “free” because there are still older spam filters that dumps those kind of contents into the junk before even anyone reading them first. Convince those who signed up for your free reports that they will be missing something big if they do not avail of your products and services.

3. Get the kind of traffic that is targeted to your product. Just think, if the person who visited your website has no interest whatsoever in what you are offering, they will be among those who move on and never come back. Write articles for publication in e-zines and e-reports. This way you can locate publications that is focusing on your target customers and what you have put up might just grab their interest.

Try to write a minimum of 2 articles per week, with at least 300-600 words in length. By continuously writing and maintaining these articles you can generate as many as 100 targeted readers to your site in a day.
Always remember that only 1 out of 100 people are likely to buy your product or get your services. If you can generate as much as 1,000 targeted hits for your website in a day, that means you can made 10 sales based on the average statistic.

The tactics given above does not really sound very difficult to do, if you think about it. It just requires a little time and an action plan on your part.

Try to use these tips for several affiliate marketing programs. You can end maintaining a good source of income and surviving in this business that not all marketers can do.
Besides, think of the huge paychecks you will be receiving…

10 Ways To Empower Your Communication!!!

by Ange Rewi, under Blogging, Internet Marketing, Lessons, Life After Crime, Self Development

The Blarney Stone is a historical stone, or actually part of the Blarney Castle in Ireland where it was believed that kissing the stone can grant you the gift of gab. Yeah, it seems strange in this day and age, but who are we to question tradition? It’s not like I’m saying that Santa Claus doesn’t exist (OOPS!).

There is so much to know about conversation that anyone, even I, could ever realize. You can go though watching talk shows; radio programs; clubs dedicated to public speaking; ordinary conversations; certain rules still apply when it comes to interaction through words. It may sound tedious, I know, but even though it’s your mouth that’s doing the work, your brain works twice as hard to churn out a lot of things you know. So what better way to start learning to be an effective communication is to know the very person closest to you: yourself.

1. What you know.
Education is all about learning the basics, but to be an effective speaker is to practice what you’ve learned. My stint as guest at every Toastmasters’ meeting I go to taught me that we all have our limitations, but that doesn’t mean we can’t learn to keep up and share what we know.

2. Listening.
It’s just as important as asking questions. Sometimes listening to the sound of our own voice can teach us to be a little bit confident with ourselves and to say the things we believe in with conviction.

3. Humility
We all make mistakes, and sometimes we tend to slur our words, stutter, and probably mispronounce certain words even though we know what it means, but rarely use it only to impress listeners. So in a group, don’t be afraid to ask if you’re saying the right word properly and if they’re unsure about it then make a joke out of it. I promise you it’ll make everyone laugh and you can get away with it as well.

4. Eye Contact
There’s a lot to say when it comes to directing your attention to your audience with an eye-catching gaze. It’s important that you keep your focus when talking to a large group in a meeting or a gathering, even though he or she may be gorgeous.

5. Kidding around
A little bit of humor can do wonders to lift the tension, or worse boredom when making your speech. That way, you’ll get the attention of the majority of the crowd and they’ll feel that you’re just as approachable, and as human to those who listen.

6. Be like the rest of them
Interaction is all about mingling with other people. You’ll get a lot of ideas, as well as knowing what people make them as they are.

7. Me, Myself, and I
Admit it, there are times you sing to yourself in the shower. I know I do! Listening to the sound of your own voice while you practice your speech in front of a mirror can help correct the stress areas of your pitch. And while you’re at it you can spruce up as well.

8. With a smile
A smile says it all much like eye contact. There’s no point on grimacing or frowning in a meeting or a gathering, unless it’s a wake. You can better express what you’re saying when you smile.

9. A Role Model
There must be at least one or two people in your life you have listened to when they’re at a public gathering or maybe at church. Sure they read their lines, but taking a mental note of how they emphasize what they say can help you once you take center stage.

10. Preparation
Make the best out of preparation rather than just scribbling notes and often in a hurried panic. Some people like to write things down on index cards, while other resort to being a little more silly as they look at their notes written on the palm of their hand (not for clammy hands, please). Just be comfortable with what you know since you enjoy your work.

And that about wraps it up. These suggestions are rather amateurish in edgewise, but I’ve learned to empower myself when it comes to public or private speaking and it never hurts to be with people to listen how they make conversations and meetings far more enjoyable as well as educational.
